How does the payment process work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due prior to starting your project to reserve your space in my client schedule. You have the option to pay your balance in full on your start date or to create a payment plan that will be split into one additional payment.
How long will my project take to complete?
Branding projects can range between 2-4 weeks, Web design/e-commerce is usually between 4-6 weeks. Graphic/Print design, can range from 1-4 weeks depending on the job.
What should I have prepared before starting a project with you?
- To start, all you need is an open mind and a solid vision for the brand you’d like me to create. Feeling like your thought process is all over the place? No worries, we’ll narrow down a path that’s right for you during the discovery phase.
- For web design & collateral designs, all of your text, photos, blog posts, and product details should be prepared before your start date.
- You will also need your domain name and hosting.
Will I be able to maintain the design after launch?
Yes, that’s the reason why I choose to put my clients on the WordPress platform! Once our web design project is complete. I’ll equip you with 4 weeks of post-launch support and an hour training session on how to maintain and update your website.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept payments via PayPal. Also I accept payments with Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Stripe.
Will I have a say in the design process?
Absolutely, my goal is to please you. I can’t do that without your input. If there are other sites with a design style that you would like to emulate, we can do that. If you have a logo or brand collateral that you’d like us to work around, that’s no problem. I’ll ensure your new site will be a consistent and integral part of your overall brand.
I have heard that there are hidden costs associated with design services. Is this true?
No, I discuss with you, your design requirements and then price accordingly. Once you have placed an order for your design with me, that price is strictly adhered to.
